This fresh new webinar will be fun, informative and credit worthy!! Join our lead attorneys, Jim Keidel and Chris Weldon from KWC as well as Brian Bixby and select other Big I NY staff while they conduct a “mock E&O trial” for your educational entertainment. Topics discussed will include proper documentation, follow up questions, best interest of your client and sound tasks to help protect your agency from Errors and Omissions claims.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the way these webinars are set up, you MUST use computer audio to view/hear this webinar.  You CANNOT call in with a phone since the audio function will not work with the videos that will be played.

We will send you a link to webinar the morning of the program by 8:00 am.  You must respond to attendance checks and return a CE Attendance form in order to earn CE credit. 

How to Qualify for Renewal Credit

Big I NY members whose E&O coverage is written by Swiss Re/Westport Insurance Corp. or Allianz through IAAC can qualify for a premium reduction credit if they meet the 2021 attendance criteria.

Cancellation Policy

Per the New York Department of Financial Services, you cannot receive CE credit for any course previously used for your license renewal (based on the course approval number). 
Per the Connecticut Insurance Department, a course can be taken for CE one time in the current license period.  It may be taken again in a subsequent license period.
