The Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) is a national designation, which is developed and administered by The Institutes. Earning the ACSR designation clearly conveys a commitment to excellence in customer service and professionalism and enhances the ability to be prepared to meet complex insurance challenges. These videos are intended to be viewed as a supplement to the on-line self-study modules that are available on The Institutes website. However, you can also view simply to earn continuing education credits and learn valuable information!
ACSR 4 - Agency Errors and Omissions is a core module and is required by those who are pursuing the ACSR designation. ACSR 4 - Part 1 covers two key areas - Defining Agency E&O Basics and Handling New Business to Minimize Agency E&O.
How do I test my system?
To test your system please log in at My ABEN Account and click on the Launch Viewer button for the purchased seminar.
How do I access the course materials?
To download course materials, log into your account at My ABEN Accountand click on the course Handouts button.
How do I access the live broadcast?
If you purchased a live webcast, on the day of the broadcast, plan to log in 30-60 minutes prior to the start time. To access the webcast, log in to your online user account at My ABEN Account.
