The Big I NY Property and Casualty (P&C) Pre Licensing class is a 12 day program. All 12 classes are mandatory in order to satisfy the 90 hour New York State requirement. At the successful completion of the class, and passing our Pre Licensing Course Exam, the student can sit for New York State’s Property and Casualty license exam.

We also offer the NY Personal Lines Only pre licensing class. This entails attending the first six days of the NY P&C class and a fifty question course exam at the end of the sixth day. 

You will have two attempts to pass the exam in a three hour window that opens immediately at the end of the applicable class.  A grade of 70% is required to gain a passing credit.
