Despite escalating punishments for offenders claims fraud remains prevalent. Books of business managed by even the most exceptional insurance pros - people who wouldn’t break a rule under any circumstance - are not immune to insureds who for whatever reason choose to be dishonest.

Instructor Kym Martell has for years worked with insurance companies and agencies to train personnel on how to identify fraudulent activity. Through an abundance of examples and case studies, attendees of this course will learn best practices of how to deal with fraudulent prospects, insureds and claims.

Information and the link will be emailed to the registered attendee the morning of the program by 8:00 am.  If you do not see the email in your general in-box, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.  Please note a headset or speakers are needed for this webinar.  There will not be a phone in option.
