Senate Minority Leader Rob Ortt IAPAC Fundraiser

Senate Minority Leader Rob Ortt IAPAC Fundraiser

Big I Western NY Fundraiser to Support Our Industry

Thursday, February 8th
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
The Buffalo Club

Big I Western NY is hosting an evening fundraiser with special guest NYS Senate Minority Leader Robert Ortt.

Robert G. Ortt was sworn into office as a New York State Senator for the 62nd District in January of 2015. He previously served as Mayor of North Tonawanda, and served in Afghanistan with the Army National Guard, earning a Bronze Star, the Army Commendation Medal, the Afghan Campaign Medal, and the Combat Infantryman's Badge in recognition of his service.

Prior to entering public service, Rob served as an independent personal financial analyst with Primerica Financial Services. There, he held multiple licenses, including the series 6 & 63 investment licenses, mortgage broker license, and NYS life insurance license.

Senator Ortt co-sponsored legislation to end mandatory pre-insurance photo inspections, and voted in support of bills to end misleading insurance pricing practices and eliminate the “diligent effort” requirement for commercial excess lines transactions.

Every dollar counts as Big I NY's Independent Agents Political Action Committee (IAPAC) actively fights to protect Independent Agents and their business. Your support allows IAPAC to do more locally and in Albany.

Contributions to IAPAC and to the Robert Ortt NYS Senate are not tax deductible.
