  • 2 hrs - presented by Andy Sexton and Chad Ayers of Proactive Response Group (2:00 - 4:00 pm) 
    This two-hour course will teach agents and brokers about appropriate active shooter response and workplace violence prevention tactics not typically taught in other programs. The course will provide a guide so agents and brokers can better evaluate current training practices to better serve clients’ needs.
