Being involved in Personal Lines Homeowner insurance can involve playing a variety of different roles. From detective, to educator, to negotiator, to claim handler, and often as an advocate for your client. The standard of care an insurance producer owes to its client will vary from state to state, but there are some important foundational principles that always apply. This unique E&O course will focus on many of them. From exposure identification and loss prevention to marketing, proposals, policy issuance, binders, certificates, ID cards, endorsements, payments, claims handling, and much more. This course will open your eyes to the potential issues agents and brokers face today, and how to best prevent and defend yourself.
Information and the link will be emailed to the registered attendee the morning of the program by 8:00 am. If you do not see the email in your general in-box, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
