2024 Big I CNY Golf Tournament 
Get ready for an awesome day of golf, networking, and some friendly competition at this year’s Big I CNY Golf Tournament on Monday, June 24th. We’re going even bigger this year at the beautiful Timber Banks. NEW this year, you can pick the style of play that suits you best!

9-Hole Golf Social
Great for beginners and recreational golfers. Get in an easy and relaxing 9-holes first thing in the morning before grabbing lunch at the club house. Plenty of time for you to head into the office or take the rest of the day off…we won’t tell.

18-Hole Tournament
Perfect for avid golfers looking to show off their game and want a challenge. This is the whole tournament experience with contests, lunch, and drinks on the course. We’ll wrap up the day and award prizes at the post-tournament reception and dinner. Contests include Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Hole-in-One and 50/50 Tee Shot. To keep the pace of play moving, we are once again doing max bogey per hole and max 2 putt. We are also capping the tournament to 32 teams. May the best foursome win!

No matter the play you pick, you'll have a great time hitting the links while helping local charities. Thanks to your support of last year’s tournament, we donated $15,000.  The tournament also supports the Project InVEST Robert Maher Memorial Scholarship Fund, which helps CNY students continue their education in the field of insurance.  

Golf’s not your game? That’s okay. Come out to Timber Banks for the social reception and dinner. Enjoy the beautiful view from the back deck and catch up with friends.

This tournament will sell out quickly.  Payment is required to confirm your registration. Names can be provided later.

Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar $1,500 •Golfers can enjoy a bloody Mary or mimosa when they arrive at the club house. •Signage at the bar and on the drink ticket.

Reception $1,500 •Enjoy a drink and delicious appetizers after the tournament. •Signage at the bar.

Tee Box Stop $1,000 Two Available •Set up shop under a tent on the course and meet with golfers. Kind of like an exhibit booth, but golf. •You’re encouraged to get creative and offer something fun for the golfers at your tent. •Signage at the tent. •The tent, a table, and chairs will be provided. The rest is up to you!

Raffle Prize $1,000 •Sponsor the three prizes we are raffling off to the golfers. •Signage at the registration desk and with each prize.

Longest Drive $1,000 •Signage at the Longest Drive hole. •Signage with cash prize for the winners (men and women).
Closest to the Pin $1,000 •Signage at the Closest to the Pin hole •Signage with cash prize for winner.

Hole-in-One $1,000 •Witness the contest and meet golfers as they try to win cash. •Signage at Hole-in-One hole.

50/50 Tee Shot $1,000 •Witness the contest and meet golfers as they try to win cash. •Signage at the 50/50 See Shot hole.

Golf Cart $1,000 •Signage on every golf cart.

Mulligan $750 •Sponsor 1 mulligan for each player. •Signage at the registration desk.

Welcome $750 •Welcome golfers with snacks and amenities. •Signage at the Welcome desk. •You can hand out branded supplies (lip balm, tees, etc.). •Big I CNY will provide the snacks and amenities.

Ice Cream $750 •Golfers can cool down with an ice cream novelty straight of the hand cart. •Signage provided at the ice cream cart.

Team Prizes $750 •Sponsor the cash prizes for the first and second place teams. •Signage with the prizes.

Jumbo Shrimp $500 •It’s not a Big I CNY event without some jumbo shrimp. •Signage at the shrimp display.

Beverage Tub $500 Three Available •Golfers can grab a drink while on the course. •Signage at a Beverage Tub on the course.

Coffee $500 •Rise and shine with a cup of coffee for the golfers. •Signage with the coffee.

Putting Green $500 •Signage at the putting green.

Cigar $500 •Cigar aficionados will stop by your table before heading out on the greens. •Signage at the Cigar table. •You must provide the cigars; this will ensure your branding and messaging are what you want.

Good Vibes $500 •We’ll be handing out surprises on the course to put a smile on a golfer’s face – whether they’re having a great game or need some good luck. •Signage with each surprise we hand out.
